Vist was developed as part of my undergraduate thesis, addressing a recurring issue in the freelance design process: inefficient and confusing handoffs between designers and clients. The platform acts as a centralized branding hub, allowing designers to create clean, interactive style guides through a drag-and-drop interface, supported by built-in design tips to maintain consistency and quality. These guides are easily accessible to clients and include downloadable assets in various formats, making branding materials easier to manage post-project.
In addition to style guides, Vist features a templating system that lets designers build reusable content templates — from Instagram posts to business cards — which clients can edit and use independently. This empowers clients to maintain their visual identity without repeatedly hiring a designer, ultimately saving time and cost. The project was validated through user research and testing, and although initially tailored to the Indonesian design market, findings suggest strong potential for global application with minor pricing adjustments.
